BOA—Board of Administration
The Board of Administration (BOA)—balanced between clergy and lay persons—oversees conference operations and resources. Responsibilities include ensuring leadership, resource, and operations alignment with the conference and denominational PVMV, the Free Methodist Book of Discipline, and practices that are legal and effective. The BOA also assists conference staff in assisting churches with advice, counsel, expertise, oversight and services in operations, financial, legal and property issues, as well as resource management. Board members are elected in staggered 3-year terms.

SRC Missionaries
Ada & José Hernandez—After several years in Spain, where their ministry initiatives, including the Ada Michelle Hernandez House, continue, the Hernandezes have relocated to Puerto Rico. José is training and mentoring Latin American missionaries preparing to head to other countries (including Jordan, Morocco, Thailand, Mongolia, Nepal, Russia and Spain). Ada will be involved with providing pastoral care for these candidates, as well as missionaries in the field. José continues to teach online courses for ministry candidates and is leading prayer walks in Spain.
